Summary:
Created branding and digital content for the award-winning True Crime podcast “Wrongful Conviction,” updating its visual identity to feel more cinematic, serious, and human-centered. Developed consistent templates and storytelling formats to improve engagement and recognizability.

Deliverables:

  • Social media graphics for episodes, quotes, announcements

  • Visual brand direction + typographic system

  • Podcast cover art explorations

  • Press templates and promotional toolkits

From its launch in 2016 to an audience of more than 9 million listeners across eight seasons, I’ve shaped Wrongful Conviction into a leading voice on criminal justice reform. I built the show from concept through production, coordinating recording schedules, researching cases, prepping hosts, and overseeing audio edits. I’ve crafted original marketing assets, videos, and press materials, and produced live events—including the world-premiere launch party at the Gansevoort Hotel, which drove the podcast to #7 on iTunes and raised $200K for the Innocence Project. Through strategic partnerships, cross-platform campaigns, and immersive experiences, I’ve scaled a single idea into a movement-driven brand.
